Geordie Shore star gets MTV Int’l show

MTV has greenlit a reality series for its international channel that will centre on one of the stars of the network’s unscripted hit Geordie Shore.

Charlotte Crosby will be the focus of The Charlotte Show (8×60’), which has been ordered by Craig Orr, VP of commissioning and development at MTV International. London-based Appeal TV is the producer.

The series will offer a behind-the-scenes look at the life of Crosby, who also starred in MTV’s Just Tattoo of Us, a reality series that invites guests to design tattoos for friends and family members.

Jake Attwell will executive produce for Appeal, with the show airing in the UK and across MTV International’s network of channels and digital platforms in 180 countries.

Crosby’s fellow reality stars including Josh Ritchie and ex-partner and former Celebrity Big Brother winner Stephen Bear will also appear in the series.

The Charlotte Show will air on MTV from March 28.
