Neillis has been made senior VP of non-scripted content while Dundon has become VP of scripted content. Both execs will report to Jens Richter, CEO of international at Fremantle.

Neillis joined the firm in 2013 and has led Fremantle’s non-scripted distribution slate. In her new position she will oversee the London and Los Angeles non-scripted acquisitions teams aiming to boost Fremantle’s strategy of developing, financing and securing content from its in-house production teams and third-party producers.

In her expanded role, Dundon will continue to steer the scripted content team while taking on scripted acquisitions for the global distribution division, including North America. She will aim to cement Fremantle’s reputation for acquiring high-profile drama series by identifying relationships with external producers and forging deals which maximise returns.

The promotions come soon after Fremantle secured a deal with US streamer Hulu for ITV’s Anna Friel drama Butterfly (3×60’).
