Fox Networks Group (FNG) has signed a multi-year deal with Twentieth Century Fox Television Distribution (TCFTVD) to air series including The Orville and Ghosted in Norway, Finland and Sweden.

Under the agreement, Fox will also air The Gifted, produced by 20th Century Fox Television in association with Marvel Television, and forthcoming emergency response procedural drama 9-1-1, from Glee and American Horror Story creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, on its Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian networks. FNG also has non-linear rights for its Fox+ on-demand service.

In addition to new series, Fox will also broadcast new seasons of existing shows such as Family Guy, American Dad, New Girl (Norway only), Modern Family (Sweden only) and The Simpsons (Finland only).

The agreement follows on from Fox+’s further expansion into Europe with its launch in Germany  in September.

TCFTVD recently boosted its Americas sales operations through the appointment of Joey Sabella as VP of sales.
