Fox Russia picks up eOne dramas

Odd-couple story Upright is set during an Australian road trip

Fox in Russia is one of a number of broadcasters and platforms in the country to have picked up a range of programmes from transatlantic producer and distributor Entertainment One (eOne).

eOne has sold more than 500 hours of programming to buyers including pay TV and SVoD platform More.tv, website KinoPoisk, Sony Pictures Television’s Channels, ViacomCBS’s pay TV channel Spike, Gazprom Media’s 2×2 and CTC Media’s Che.

The deals cover dramas such as Deputy, The Rookie, Upright, Halt & Catch Fire, Making of the Mob, Private Eyes, Hell on Wheels and documentary Fyre Fraud.

The deals were brokered by Carolina den Baas, director of sales at eOne.
