Fox brings int’l productions to MipTV

The distribution arm of Fox Networks Group has added to its library of Turkish and Latin American dramas ahead of MipTV next month.

Fox Networks Group Content Distribution (FNGCD) will be in Cannes with its growing portfolio of content produced on the international market, alongside US series such as Marvel supernatural drama Legion (8×60′).

It will have six Turkish dramas on its slate, including romantic drama Lodestar (Çoban Yildizi, 38×60′), Second Chance (Kalbimdeki Deniz, 117×60′), Never Lose Hope (Umuda Kelepçe Vurulmaz, 48×60′) and Forever Bound (Dayan Yüreğim, 38×60′).

Meanwhile, from Latin America, FNGCD will be launching drama Call Me Bruna (Llámame Bruna, 8×60′), sci-fi series 2091 (11×60′) and sitcom Home Grown (Prata da Casa, 14×30′).

From the US, FNGCD will launch National Geographic factual series Origins: The Journey of Humankind, which explores quantum leaps in areas such as transportation and communications.

It also has second seasons of horror drama Outcast and documentary series Story of God with Morgan Freeman, plus Gender Revolution: A Journey with Katie Couric (1×120′) and Bare Knuckle Fight Club (3×60′).

Elsewhere on FNGCD’s slate, it has School for In-Laws, a format spun off from School for Husbands that attempts to rein in mothers-in-law who meddle in the lives of their children and their spouses.
