FIC moves into Chinese production

Fox International Channels (FIC) has moved into original Chinese-language production for the first time with an entertainment show for its Star Chinese Movies (SCM) channel.

SCM Cine, a news and discussion programme on the entertainment industry, premiered on SCM in Hong Kong at the weekend. The bi-weekly programme, fronted by Helen To, will now be rolled out by FIC in Asia, Singapore, Australia, US and Canada.

SCM is owned by FIC and fellow 21st Century Fox subsidiary Star TV.
