False Flag duo form label, partner Red Arrow

The writing and producing partners behind dramas False Flag and The Gordin Cell are launching a new label and have struck a development deal with Red Arrow Studios International.

The arrangement will see Israeli duo Amit Cohen and Ron Leshem launch the as-yet unnamed scripted banner to create shows for the international market and develop premium dramas with Red Arrow.

The label will also develop projects from other writers, with fellow Israeli screenwriter and content developer Daniel Amsel heading development.

Cohen and Leshem created and wrote Israeli hit Kfulim (False Flag) and worked on The Gordin Cell’s US remake, titled Allegiance, for NBC.

Leshem’s teen drama Euphoria, which he co-wrote with Amsel, has also been picked up recently for a US remake by HBO.
