NEWS BRIEF: NBCUniversal International Networks-owned entertainment channel E! in the UK has acquired the rights to air new episodes of US late-night talkshow The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

The long-running NBC series will begin airing on E! in the UK on November 1. Recent guests have included US president Barack Obama, Hugh Laurie, Susan Sarandon, Kevin Spacey, Adele, Amy Schumer and Will Ferrell. The show currently airs in the UK on CNBC.
