East Los high aired for four seasons on Hulu

Broadcasters in Europe, the Middle East and Africa have acquired Hulu original series East Los High from distributor Dynamic Television.

Channel 5 (C5) in the UK, TV2 in Norway, SVT in Sweden, Fox Channel in the Middle East and iFlix in Africa have picked up the 60×30′ teen drama.

The series follows inner-city Latino high-school students who confront difficult social challenges while pursuing their dreams in the world of dance.

East Los High was the first English-language show with an all-Latino cast, creators and writers. It was created by Carlos Portugal and Kathleen Bedoya and is produced by Wise Entertainment.

The show will be made exclusively available in the UK on C5’s video-on-demand platform My5. Hulu announced it was ending the drama after four seasons in May this year.
