DocuBay enlarges with Big Media content

A.I. Artificial Intelligence: Creating the Code for Consciousness

IN10 Media’s India-based factual streaming service DocuBay has agreed a global acquisition deal with US independent producer/distributor studio Big Media.

The acquired documentary films will form part of DocuBay’s latest category titled TechBay. It deals with a broad range of technological advancements, including topical issues of artificial intelligence, space technology and cutting-edge medical developments.

The licensed titles now available for global streaming on DocuBay in more than 180 countries include Germ Warfare: The Battle Against Superbugs, A.I. Artificial Intelligence: Creating the Code for Consciousness, Life Beyond Earth and The Next Great Extinction Event.

Adita Jain, head of content acquisition at DocuBay, said: “Offering fresh, relevant content through categories like the new TechBay is critical to continually engage viewers.”

DocuBay launched in August last year and features 300 hours of documentaries, with one new doc added to the service every day.
