Under the deal, DLT Entertainment will make “significant investment” in the agency and will work with Roach to expand his business opportunities, the company said.

In addition, as part of the investment, Donald Taffner Jr will have a seat on the board of the agency to provide professional experience and commercial knowledge.

Andrew Roach Talent (ART), which was established in 2014, will operate from the DLT Entertainment offices in London, effective immediately.

ART represents actors, comedians, presenters and writers who work across film, TV, radio, live, corporate and publishing. It specialises in presenting opportunities in the broadcast and entertainment industries to a diverse range of talent.

The agency’s roster of clients includes Juliette Burton, Jo Coffey, Rob Deering, Laura Lexx, Jamie MacDonald, Georgie Morrell, Aatif Nawaz, Aaron Simmonds, Richard Stott, Sisters (Mark Jones and Christy White-Spunner) and Lee Ridley, also known as Lost Voice Guy, who won Britain’s Got Talent in 2018.

Talent represented in the factual space includes campaigner, actor and presenter Adam Pearson; Will Pike and Samantha Renke, who are both presenters and disability rights activists; and The Great British Bake Off semi-finalist and presenter Briony May.

“Andrew has an incredible range of wonderfully talented and inspirational artists who are pushing the boundaries and challenging the status quo of the ‘norm’ in the entertainment industry, which audiences can’t get enough of,” said Taffner Jr.

The deal follows DLT’s recent investments in Blue Book Management, Soho Agency and MMB Creative.
