Disney XD tastes Cupcake & Dino in Brazil

Disney XD in Brazil will air an animated comedy series from Peppa Pig owner Entertainment One (eOne) shortly after it makes its debut in the country on Netflix.

Cupcake & Dino: General Services was created by Brazilian director Pedro Eboli

Cupcake & Dino: General Services will premiere in Brazil on Netflix on November 13 and on Disney XD Brasil on November 15.

The series is a coproduction from eOne and Brazilian animation studio Birdo Studios, which also co-created animated series Oswaldo. It was created by Brazilian director Pedro Eboli.

The comedy is aimed at 6-11s and follows the larger-than-life exploits of a tiny cupcake with big ideas and his giant dinosaur brother as they strive to make a name for themselves by performing odd jobs.

Netflix, Teletoon in Canada and Disney in Latin America came on board the series last year.
