Dream Houses made its debut in Belgium in March, stripped daily across two weeks on commercial network RTL TVI. It is distributed by Turkey’s Global Agency.

Created by Anthony Meunier, president of French prodco Viva La Vida, the format sees ordinary families spending time in a beautiful house with amenities they didn’t know existed and picking up clues they must use to attempt to accurately guess the value of the property in order to win prizes.

Viva La Vida is part owned by French outfit Hervé Hubert and has produced more than 6,000 episodes of gameshows, reality and entertainment in France, such as Shopping Monsters, Joker, Make Up Queens and My Wife Rules. It is also due to start work on a local version of The Masked Singer.
