Crime pays for GRB

FBI Takedowns follows the hunt for some of the world’s most wanted fellons

Broadcasters in North America and Europe have picked up crime series from US production and sales house GRB Entertainment.

Canada’s Bell Media has acquired four series for its French-speaking audiences, including Killer Legends, which investigates real crimes spawned from famous urban legends.

FBI Takedowns, meanwhile, tracks elite FBI agents on a mission to hunt down the world’s most wanted criminals and Police Women of Dallas follows three female officers and a detective in the Dallas Police Department.

The latter series has also been taking by Sony Pictures Entertainment for its channels in the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Ireland and Malta.

It will also air Police Women of Broward County, which follows four female members of the Broward County Sheriff’s Office in Florida, and Police Women of Cincinnati.

The sales come after GRB recently recruited former exec Marielle Zuccarelli as its chief operating officer and launched a branded entertainment division.
