Canuck broadcaster Bell Media and 20th Century Fox Television Distribution in the US have agreed a multi-year deal for the fledgling SVoD service CraveTV in Canada.

The agreement gives CraveTV subscribers access to all 24 episodes of the first and second seasons of Showtime drama Homeland, with additional seasons arriving in the future.

This comes after Bell and CBS in the US made a deal for hundreds of hours of past, present and future Showtime series, which did not include Homeland.

Other series due to arrive exclusively on CraveTV following the deal with 20th Century Fox include Graceland (26×60′), Salem (13×60′), Legends (10×60′) and Sirens (10×30′).

Mike Cosentino, senior VP of programming at Bell, said the shows represent “some of the very best in serialised storytelling available.”

CraveTV launched in December last year with a line-up including series such as The Sopranos, Doctor Who, The Big Bang Theory and Seinfeld.
