CPL exec takes up C4 role

Channel 4 (C4) in the UK has named a former exec producer at Red Arrow-owned CPL Productions as its entertainment editor – the final appointment at its newly combined entertainment and factual unit.

Sarah Lazenby joins commissioning editor Syeda Irtizaali and incoming head of entertainment Ben Caudell, from All3Media-owned Objective Productions.

The new division is being led by head of factual Liam Humphreys, who also oversees all entertainment programming.

Lazenby was behind Sky’s Game of Thrones chatshow Thronecast and also worked as an exec producer at Nerd TV.
