Corden has become the fifth full partner at Fulwell 73, joining founding members Gabe Turner, Ben Turner, Ben Winston and Leo Pearlman.

Formed in 2007, London-based Fulwell 73 produces The Late Late Show with James Corden as well the upcoming Carpool Karaoke for Apple Music and Drop the Mic for TBS.

The latter two are based on segments from the CBS show. Other projects include the recent Usain Bolt film I Am Bolt; Class of 92, with David Beckham; and Mo Farah: Race of His Life.

The working relationship between the Fulwell 73 partners and Corden stretches back almost 15 years and includes commercials, comedy sketches and various projects with boy band One Direction.

The firm opened an LA office in July 2016 and shortly after signed a development deal with CBS Television Studios to create scripted, alternative and digital content for the studio.

“To date we’ve been fiercely protective of Fulwell and never really considered the interest that has come our way from potential partners and investors. And yet James joining as the fifth partner feels like the most natural and obvious step for all of us,” said Pearlman.
