Yarmoshchuk has been working in the media sphere since 2005. She has worked with FILM.UA Group since its inception for over 18 years and is deeply involved in all the processes that take place inside the Group. Before being named CEO of FILM.UA Group in 2020, Yarmoshchuk was leading the biggest Ukrainian consulting company Media Resources Management (MRM) for 10 years. In 2011, Yarmoshchuk had successfully launched KYIV MEDIA WEEK, and while leading it for years, advanced this, by far the biggest Eastern European media industry event that every year take place in Kyiv, to the global level.

In 2016 she has become an executive director of Ukrainian Motion Picture Association and got the National Award of Ukraine ‘Teletriumf’ for her personal significant contribution to the promotion and popularization of Ukrainian media industry and Ukraine globally. It is also worth mentioning that Yarmoshchuk actively participated in development of strategies for creative industries in Ukraine together with local and international organizations and authorities. Pakholchuk has been working at 1+1 media since April 2010 as chief financial officer. He graduated with honors from the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Cybernetics and the Master’s Degree in Information Management. In 2006, he got a degree in Mathematical Modeling in Economics at the same university.


Pakholchuk worked as the consultant for promotion of ERP systems at the Centre of Computer Technologies “InfoPlus.” From 2005 until 2008, he was responsible for formation, transformation and auditing of financial statements. From July 2009, he worked at the Central European Media Enterprises Group, first as the Planning, Analysis and Business Development Manager and then as the Deputy CFO.

Today Pakholchuk is considered as one of the leading experts in Ukraine at the industry of pay television.

Bohutskyi started his career in journalism in 1991 as an editor of the first independent Ukrainian radio station “Radio Independence”. He worked in the press and on television. From 1994 until 2000, he managed the press center of CJSC “Tavria Games” and was the presenter at the music festival.

In 2000, he became the director-president of ICTV channel. From 2009 until 2012, he managed the
StarLightMedia group that united the following TV channels ICTV, “New”, STB and M1. In 2012, he became a member of the board at the investment-consulting group EastOne, where he was involved in the implementation of business management strategies included in EastOne portfolio. Since November 2019, he has been a President of StarLightMedia media holding.

Since August 12, 2020 Shevchenko has been a deputy minister of culture and information policy of Ukraine. The main areas of his work as deputy minister are information policy and information security.

From 2005 to 2020 Shevchenko was the founder and director of the Centre for Democracy and the Rule of Law. As the director of Centre, Shevchenko participated in the development of the majority of media laws in Ukraine, led training sessions for journalists and lawyers regarding legal issues in the field of media. Since 2005, Shevchenko has been conducting the International School of Media Law for lawyers from post-Soviet countries.

Shevchenko has been a founder or co-founder of numerous effective public initiatives in Ukraine such as, Reanimation Package of Reforms, the Independent Media Council, the “Chesno” movement, the Chesno’s campaign “Filter the court! ”, сampaigns for safe roads, movement “Stop Censorship”, URBAN 500.

As an expert of the Council of Europe and the OSCE, he worked on the development of media legislation and participated in educational projects in Central Asia – Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.
Since 2019, Shevchenko has been a member of the Ukraine President’s advisory body, Council for Freedom of Speech and Protection of Journalists.

Kryvytskyi has two higher education degrees. In 2006, he graduated from the Electronics Department of The National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” with a Specialist’s degree in Audio, Video and Film Technology. In 2008, he obtained his Master’s in Finance at the Kyiv National Economics University named after Vadym Hetman.

He started his career on television in 2000 as an assistant director. Then, he trained at AGB Company, the first company in Ukraine to deal with television measurements, and became an analyst.
From 2001 till 2012, he was employed at K1 TV channel where he grew to become first a head of marketing research department, then a programming director, and finally a deputy CEO of K1 TV channel.

In 2012, he was invited to join MTV Russia TV channel as its programming director. In 2013, he took a direct participation in launching Friday TV channel. He proposed programming and content policy that has become quite successful there.

Korogod is an experienced television industry manager. She has been working in the industry for over 20 years. In 2012, she joined the team of TV Channel ‘Ukraine’ as a financial director and in 2017 headed the channel.

Under her management, TV Channel Ukraine’ has become the national leader in viewing among different audiences. Today, TV Channel ‘Ukraine’ offers it viewers content of various genres: TV series, loud shows, information, social and publicistic and entertainment projects as well as broadcasts of matches of the national football team. Each year it airs a couple dozens of series premieres. Korogod is the producer of most of these stories. The channel is also actively developing the genre of prime shows. In January 2021, the premiere of MASKA, a show based on the format of МВС’s The Masked Singer, became the best entertainment program of the year. As of the mid-2021, the channel’s rating among the broad audience of 18+ (in cities of over 50 thousand dwellers) is 2.16%, while the share of audience is 12.66%.

Tunick graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, majoring in Journalism. He has been working in television since he was 19 years old. He started working as a journalist for format projects, then as a screenwriter, editor-in-chief and director of the creative association at STB TV channel.

In 2019, he released his first serial called Early Birds, where he was a screenwriter and showrunner. The next year saw the second season of the serial. He currently works at the production of TV holding StarLightMedia as a creative producer and develops a new serial for the media group’s channels.

Vyshnevska is responsible for international development and co-productions at Ukrainian largest TV and film studio, FILM.UA Group. She evaluates, develops and executive produces scripted drama projects (ranging from original content to local adaptations of successful scripted formats), feature films and animation series and oversees international development and coproduction partnerships.

Most recently, she produced gangster comedy Koza Nostra in coproduction with Pepito Produzioni (Italy) for Rai Cinema. She has also co-produced Ukraine’s first noir drama, Hide & Seek, which was picked up by numerous festivals and is now distributed internationally by ZDF Enterprises. She has been instrumental in the global success of The Sniffer, the first Ukrainian drama acquired by Netflix and Amazon Prime and adapted abroad, and in bringing successful international drama formats like Step Dave (All3Media International) and The Red Band Society (Filmax) to Ukraine and Russia.

In 15 years of film production, Yatsuta has gone from assistant producer to co-owner of a business, and the company has gone from a pioneer of Ukrainian film production to 18 Cannes Lions and worldwide recognition as the “Best Service Production in the World” from SHOT’s awards.

Only in the last few years Radioaktivefilm has contributed to the production of such films and TV series as: Death of Stalin by Armando Yanucci, which was named the best European comedy of 2017 by the European Film Academy; the HBO mini-series Chernobyl, which garnered 19 nominations and won 10 awards this year at the Emmy, the top American television award, presented annually by the American Television Academy; and the most successful French television series of recent years, Le Bureau des Légendes from Canal +.

Founder of NGO The League of Laughter, Zelenskyy has produced 10 feature-length movies and won more than 30 awards at Teletriumph, Ukraine’s national TV awards. He has also won prizes at numerous international film festivals and media forums.

From the outset of the hostilities in Donbas, Zelenskyy and Kvartal 95 rendered support to the armed forces with funds and equipment, and arranged shows on the front line and in different military units.
