Yarmoshchuk has been working in the media sphere since 2005. She has worked with FILM.UA Group since its inception for over 18 years and is deeply involved in all the processes that take place inside the Group. Before being named CEO of FILM.UA Group in 2020, Yarmoshchuk was leading the biggest Ukrainian consulting company Media Resources Management (MRM) for 10 years. In 2011, Yarmoshchuk had successfully launched KYIV MEDIA WEEK, and while leading it for years, advanced this, by far the biggest Eastern European media industry event that every year take place in Kyiv, to the global level.

In 2016 she has become an executive director of Ukrainian Motion Picture Association and got the National Award of Ukraine ‘Teletriumf’ for her personal significant contribution to the promotion and popularization of Ukrainian media industry and Ukraine globally. It is also worth mentioning that Yarmoshchuk actively participated in development of strategies for creative industries in Ukraine together with local and international organizations and authorities. In 2018, Yarmoshchuk was an advisor to the Minister of Culture of Ukraine. In 2019 she was a coordinator of the Cinema Division of the Humanitarian Policy Development Office of Ukraine.

Pakholchuk has been working at 1+1 media since April 2010 as chief financial officer. He is holding the position of the chief operating officer since January 2013 and the position of head of pay TV department since October 2016. Since the 19th of August Pakholchuk has been a member of the 1+1 Media Board.

He graduated with honors from the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Cybernetics and the Master’s Degree in Information Management. In 2006, he got a degree in Mathematical Modeling in Economics at the same university.


Pakholchuk worked as the consultant for promotion of ERP systems at the Centre of Computer Technologies “InfoPlus.” From 2005 until 2008, he was responsible for formation, transformation and auditing of financial statements. From July 2009, he worked at the Central European Media Enterprises Group, first as the Planning, Analysis and Business Development Manager and then as the Deputy CFO.

Today Pakholchuk is considered as one of the leading experts in Ukraine at the industry of pay television.

He graduated from the Faculty of Geology of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (1993), postgraduate education (1996), Faculty of International Law at University of Lviv, Cand. Sc. Law.

Bohutskyi started his career in journalism in 1991 as an editor of the first independent Ukrainian radio station “Radio Independence”. He worked in the press and on television. From 1994 until 2000, he managed the press center of CJSC “Tavria Games” and was the presenter at the music festival.

In 2000, he became the director-president of ICTV channel. From 2009 until 2012, he managed the
StarLightMedia group that united the following TV channels ICTV, “New”, STB and M1. In 2012, he became a member of the board at the investment-consulting group EastOne, where he was involved in the implementation of business management strategies included in EastOne portfolio. Since November 2019, he has been a President of StarLightMedia media holding.

Bondarenko has headed the media holding Media Group Ukraine since June 10, 2019. Previously, he held the post of chief operating officer in the StarLightMedia Group. Since 2006, he worked as a director of performance management in the EastOne Group, he was responsible for strategic development and operational efficiency of different assets in the Group portfolio, including media. Bondarenko has a higher education in economics and two MBA degrees: WU Executive Academy, Vienna University of Economics and Business (Austria) and Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota (USA).

Since August 12, 2020 Shevchenko has been a deputy minister of culture and information policy of Ukraine. The main areas of his work as deputy minister are information policy and information security.

From 2005 to 2020 Shevchenko was the founder and director of the Centre for Democracy and the Rule of Law. As the director of Centre, Shevchenko participated in the development of the majority of media laws in Ukraine, led training sessions for journalists and lawyers regarding legal issues in the field of media. Since 2005, Shevchenko has been conducting the International School of Media Law for lawyers from post-Soviet countries.

Shevchenko has been a founder or co-founder of numerous effective public initiatives in Ukraine such as, Reanimation Package of Reforms, the Independent Media Council, the “Chesno” movement, the Chesno’s campaign “Filter the court! ”, сampaigns for safe roads, movement “Stop Censorship”, URBAN 500.

As an expert of the Council of Europe and the OSCE, he worked on the development of media legislation and participated in educational projects in Central Asia – Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Kyrgyzstan.
Since 2019, Shevchenko has been a member of the Ukraine President’s advisory body, Council for Freedom of Speech and Protection of Journalists.

Kryvytskyi held the post of general producer of 2+2 TV channel since January 2017. On the 20th of August 2019 he became the head of the business unit “TV Business” amid the 1+1 media group and the general producer of 1+1 Channel. Since the 19th of August she has been a member of the 1+1 Media Board.

Kryvytskyi has two higher education degrees. In 2006, he graduated from the Electronics Department of The National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” with a Specialist’s degree in Audio, Video and Film Technology. In 2008, he obtained his Master’s in Finance at the Kyiv National Economics University named after Vadym Hetman.

He started his career on television in 2000 as an assistant director. Then, he trained at AGB Company, the first company in Ukraine to deal with television measurements, and became an analyst.
From 2001 till 2012, he was employed at K1 TV channel where he grew to become first a head of marketing research department, then a programming director, and finally a deputy CEO of K1 TV channel.

In 2012, he was invited to join MTV Russia TV channel as its programming director. In 2013, he took a direct participation in launching Friday TV channel. He proposed programming and content policy that has become quite successful there.

Troitsky is a prominent producer and media marketing expert who has established an international reputation for his extraordinary achievements in the motion picture and television industry. He was the first producer to introduce the most popular reality shows for CTC and TNT; created succesful marketing strategies and established new brands. He made it happen and now there are quite a number of high-rated TV shows with astonishing commercial success. Since 2019 serves as director of television at StarlightMedia – the largest producer of video content in Ukraine.

Korogod is an experienced television industry manager. She has been working in the industry for over 20 years. In 2012, she joined the team of TV Channel ‘Ukraine’ as a financial director and in 2017 headed the channel.

Under her management, TV Channel Ukraine’ has become the national leader in viewing among different audiences. Today, TV Channel ‘Ukraine’ offers it viewers content of various genres: TV series, loud shows, information, social and publicistic and entertainment projects as well as broadcasts of matches of the national football team. Each year it airs a couple dozens of series premieres. Korogod is the producer of most of these stories. The channel is also actively developing the genre of prime shows. In January 2021, the premiere of MASKA, a show based on the format of МВС’s The Masked Singer, became the best entertainment program of the year. As of the mid-2021, the channel’s rating among the broad audience of 18+ (in cities of over 50 thousand dwellers) is 2.16%, while the share of audience is 12.66%.

Guseynov developed and launched several own television channels of FILM.UA Group and supported channels entering foreign markets: Belarus, the Baltic states, Kazakhstan and others. Guseynov also created a recommendation system for the purchase of premieres and subscriptions for Smart TV users in 15 countries of the former CIS, launched 34 interactive MEGOGO TV channels, including film, serial and children’s ones; launched the projects for early pre-order of film premieres in collaboration with major studios Warner, Paramount, Sony, FOX starting from the release date in theaters; implemented a system for promoting the content of TV channels in Ukraine, the Russian Federation, the CIS and the Baltic States using the MEGOGO service; launched 5 film Pay TV TV channels of VOLIA company. Also Guseynov was responsible for the Record of indicators of the average monthly viewing of the K2 television channel for 7 years of existence in August 2012 with an increase of 45% for the target female audience of 18-50 – shr% – 0.87

From 2008 to 2012 she was the main screenwriter and project manager of the following media group’s hits: So You think You can dance (1, 2 seasons), Х-Factor (1,2 seasons), as well as Ukraine’s Got Talent (1,2,3,4 seasons) – the project, which was recognized as the best adaptation in the world. Chief screenwriter and project manager of Pride of the Country (2012). One of the authors and showrunners of the serials ER, Love in chains, We are more than me, ER-format Ambulance, a series of short films Independence Day. Unconquered. She is a scriptwriter and head of the 3D-shows The Guardians of dreams.

Tunick graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, majoring in Journalism. He has been working in television since he was 19 years old. He started working as a journalist for format projects, then as a screenwriter, editor-in-chief and director of the creative association at STB TV channel.

In 2019, he released his first serial called Early Birds, where he was a screenwriter and showrunner. The next year saw the second season of the serial. He currently works at the production of TV holding StarLightMedia as a creative producer and develops a new serial for the media group’s channels.

Lukyanenko was creative producer of the projects: historical saga ‘There will be people’ 2020 – nominee for the National Film Award “Golden Whirlwind”; noir drama ‘Hide and Seek’ 2019 – selection of the international program MIP DRAMA SUMMIT (Cannes, France), as one of the ten most anticipated series in the world; ‘Step Den’ and ‘Two lives’ 2017; ‘The Hellene’ 2015 – Teletriumph award for the best TV series; detective series ‘Strangely Familiar’ 2014; ‘Inseparable’ drama about Chornobyl 2013– Teletriumph award for the best TV movie; ‘Hello, Mother!’ 2011.

Lukyanenko acted as script consultant of the movie ‘Felix Austria aka Maid-in-law’, 2020. Lukyanenko is the author and co-host of the podcast “I had it” 2020-2021.

Over 14 years in the profession. Joined the team of TV Channel ‘Ukraine’ in 2014. During this time, she has been a producer of over 80 series.

Under Strybuk’s supervision such popular projects were created: Black Flower, Ruby Ring, Mrs. Captain, House with a Turret (main award of the East of the West competition at the 47th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival), The Song of the Songs (award of the ecumenist jury (special mention) and nomination of Crystal Globe for the best film at the 50th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival). Strybuk is a permanent speaker at international industry events and a panel member at various professional contests – OIFF, KYIV MEDIA WEEK, etc.

Vyshnevska is responsible for international development and co-productions at Ukrainian largest TV and film studio, FILM.UA Group. She evaluates, develops and executive produces scripted drama projects (ranging from original content to local adaptations of successful scripted formats), feature films and animation series and oversees international development and coproduction partnerships.

Most recently, she produced gangster comedy Koza Nostra in coproduction with Pepito Produzioni (Italy) for Rai Cinema. She has also co-produced Ukraine’s first noir drama, Hide & Seek, which was picked up by numerous festivals and is now distributed internationally by ZDF Enterprises. She has been instrumental in the global success of The Sniffer, the first Ukrainian drama acquired by Netflix and Amazon Prime and adapted abroad, and in bringing successful international drama formats like Step Dave (All3Media International) and The Red Band Society (Filmax) to Ukraine and Russia.

Vyshnevska currently has projects in active co-development and co-production with partners in France, Estonia, Canada, Iceland, etc.

Experience in media for more than 14 years. Volkova cooperates with Media Resourse Media company since 2017, Ukrainian Motion Picture Association since 2017, FILM.UA Group since 2020. Participation in organization of the biggest industry events in Ukraine (Kyiv Media Week). Organizer and participant of the Ukrainian delegation at the Berlin International Film Festival, Cannes International Film Festival, Beijing International Film Festival.

Speaker at the Beijing International Film Festival, FOCUS London. Initiator and curator of the project ‘locations.com.ua’ (marketplace of Ukrainian locations for filming) and other projects aimed to promote Ukrainian locations in the world.

After ten years with TF1 – including five as president of TF1 USA, based in Los Angeles where he co-financed various films (including two academy awards nominees Far From Heaven & The Contender), and was deal-maker of the TF1-Miramax joint venture in France – Levy created Forecast Pictures in 2003, through which he produced 25 feature films mostly, in english, with budgets from 1,5M USD to 35M USD (distributed by majors like Universal, Paramount, …).

Levy also recently became a partner of L.A. based Trinity Media Financing Trinity Media Financing and is co-owner of Apple Tree Vision in Kiev, which is now one of the leading film producers in Ukraine. Jean Charles produced Netflix’s The Last Mercenary – staring JCVD – and just completed production on Shttl a WW2 Yiddish speaking black & white drama.

His development slate includes in 2022: Camp David with Academy Awards director Nominee Ziad Doueiri , an action-comedy family- adventure with JCVD, an ambitious film about the theft of the Mona Lisa in 1913 directed by Clovis Cornillac, other films by Alain Berliner, Lorraine Lévy, … and two TV series (one for Netflix and one for C +).

Kalynovskyi has 10 years of experience with 1+1 media group. He is the director of business operation support department and the head of 1+1 Rental. Kalynovskyi is responsible for production technologies and the implementation of large projects in the media holding. Also, 1+1 Rental offers a complete-circle production services at any complexity level to 1+1 media external clients. In particular, this business unit has experience in production support of such projects as live streaming of sporting events (the UEFA Champions League, the European League and the qualifying tournaments of the European Football Championship), large concerts, festivals, coverage of public holidays (Independence Day of Ukraine) and major events (Independence Day of Georgia, the visits of Pope Francis to Georgia and Armenia).

Yatsuta has 20 years of activity in the portfolio of Radioaktivefilm, thousands of advertising projects, hundreds of music videos and dozens of documentaries and feature films.

In 15 years of film production, Yatsuta has gone from assistant producer to co-owner of a business, and the company has gone from a pioneer of Ukrainian film production to 18 Cannes Lions and worldwide recognition as the “Best Service Production in the World” from SHOT’s awards.

Only in the last few years Radioaktivefilm has contributed to the production of such films and TV series as: Death of Stalin by Armando Yanucci, which was named the best European comedy of 2017 by the European Film Academy; the HBO mini-series Chernobyl, which garnered 19 nominations and won 10 awards this year at the Emmy, the top American television award, presented annually by the American Television Academy; and the most successful French television series of recent years, Le Bureau des Légendes from Canal +.

Radioaktivefilm also has two independent feature films co-produced with the United Kingdom and the United States. All this without taking into account dozens of videos shot for international advertising campaigns and music videos for artists and bands known around the world.

With over 20 years in media, Kostyuk has got a strong background in: live action and animated feature film development and production; theatrical marketing; TV content (scripted drama and non-scripted) production; original formats development and adaptation (scripted and non-scripted); media management and research; international content acquisitions and distribution; TV scheduling; management of TV Channels; media consulting.


Kostyuk is a frequent speaker at international conferences and a contributor to masterclasses and media training programs. She is a member of European Film Academy, International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and Ukrainian TV Academy.


Within FILM.UA Group and Animagrad Studio her outstanding projects are: Crazy Wedding, a local box-office hit comedy trilogy (domestic TV-ratings record breaker; also released in Australia, Poland, Portugal, USA and Canada; the first Ukrainian film to be exported as a format – adapted in Lithuania); Hrafn Academy, a young adult animated series, in development, selected to be pitched at Série Series Festival and Cartoon Forum. And Mavka. The Forest Song, animated feature film (international headliner of FILM.UA Group; it has been developed into a multiplatform cross media IP – with licensed products, branding of spaces, 5D live show and other brand extensions – before the actual theatrical release in 2022).

Storchak’s contribution and achievements are the following: the launch and management of the largest content distribution company in CIS – FILM.UA Distribution with more than 1000 contracts on content distribution worldwide; expanding the Western partnership: the distribution contracts signed with the world majors FOX, Disney, Sony Pictures, Universal, Warner Bros., Paramount; expanding the Eastern partnership: co-production with the key Russian broadcasters, such as Channel One, Russia, STS, TNT and more; represented FILM.UA Group at all major content markets worldwide: MIPCOM and MIPTV (Cannes), Marché du Film (Cannes), EFM (Berlin), AFM (Santa Monica), FILMART (Hong Kong). Storchak is a board expert at Teletriumph National TV Award, Ukraine, juror of the International Emmy Awards and рroducer of several successful project of FILM.UA Group.

Cherepanova has worked at Glowberry for over 10 years. The company produces high-quality multimedia content for kids, distribute it globally, and offer an exclusive licensing program to global brands. She is responsible for originating unique ideas and concepts for most of our company’s slate, including an exciting, new multimedia project, Brave Bunnies.

Also Cherepanova worked as co-executive producer for TVC projects in Radioaktive Film – the biggest Ukraine-based film production company offering a complete range of services in Ukraine, Georgia and Kazakhstan.

And before Cherepanova was an executive producer/producer at Gulliver Film. For 7 years the Gulliver Film as a film production company made more than150 commercials (TVC) for the big local and worldwide brands all together with well-known directors and DoP from all over the world

Yeremieieva is a general producer of TV Shows and Movies at 1+1 TV Channel since 2018. She is a producer specialized in fiction and a media manager. She is a member of the TV Academy of Ukraine and the Chair of drama at 1+1 Production since 2016. Olena is a member of the Boat Meeting jury and TV series pitching of Kiev Molodist International Film Festival.

Yeremieieva’s projects as an executive producer: drama movies The Routes of Destiny, Two Mothers, Fortuneless Sasha, Vira the Doctor, Lion’s Heart, Pleyada; comedy movies My Beloved Strashko (Ukrainian adaptation of Ugly Betty), Velyki Vuyky; SydorEnky-SydOrenky, The Relatives, Vidmorozhennyi, Jack and London, Big Hope.

Her recent experience in creative direction includes such made-in-Ukraine projects: The Сentennial of Yakov – an award-winning movie of the national Teletriumph Award Ceremony for the Best Mini-Series, the Best Cinematography, the Best Production Design; Three Days to Love; Khazyayka; A Girl with the Peaches; Love Me Unconditionally; No Accidental Acquaintances; The Refugee.

She is a showrunner of The Central Hospital TV series, a producer of The Route Taxi TV series’ pilot projects, as well as of A Chance for Love mini-series, Blind Marriage TV show, The Lustrated – The Next Big Thing award winning pitching projects.

Shkabar is a Ukrainian producer. She started her career in the TV industry in 2004 as a news feed coordinator. Since 2008 Shkabar is involved in TV content production. In 2013-2018, she worked as an executive producer of one of the leading TV content production companies in Ukraine – 1+1 Production that is focused on big entertainment shows such as The Voice of Ukraine and Dancing with the Stars, as well as on live concerts, unscripted programming, documentaries, and TV series. In 2018-2019, Shkabar mainly centered her activity on original series and feature films production as head of fiction department. She produced, amongst others, feature period drama Black Raven, which was supported by the Ukrainian State Film Agency and released in Ukraine’s theatres in December 2019.

Shkabar has joined a department of TV series and movies at 1+1 TV Channel in 2020, and she currently works on a few original series for 1+1 TV Channel and one of the Ukrainian streaming platforms as a producer.

Chepik is an author of popular TV series dramas and fiction movies. She is a scriptwriter and a chief editor, as well as a lecturer focusing on script writing skills. Her key filmography works include: The same as everyone (TV series, drama), The smile of a mocker (TV series, drama), The night of Tatiana (TV series, drama), I will never forget you, The only man, The story of a pilot, A gypsy dance with an exit (Tsyganochka s vykhodom), Trust service, The father, A hope is the last one to leave (Nadezhda ukhodit posledney) and A women’s property (fiction movie).

Volovyk is a chief business officer of Reface, responsible for monetization, business development, content partnerships, and fundraising. Before Reface, Volovyk worked at the Boston Consulting Group, the global strategy consulting company working with clients across consumer, tech, and media. Prior to BCG, Anton worked in investment banking in the M&A department and Private Equity as a tech and consumer investor.

Volovyk holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a Master in Finance degree from IE Business School.

Serdiukand the team have been focused on Hi-Fi voice conversion for several years. Respeecher is currently 23 people company that delivers voice cloning services to a number of Hollywood feature films and TV projects, Video Games, Animation studios, and others. They hit the bar of quality of indistinguishable high-quality synthesized speech and now working on making the tech more usable and democratizing the tech.

Experience in media: 16 years. Sannikov works at FILM.UA group for 10 years (creative director, CEO of Signal Red) and now the head of the researches and innovations department. Sannikov is the member of PROMAX/BDA, Visual Effects Society, Jury Member for Ukrainian Television Academy and the winner of many awards (2014 Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards – GOLD, 2013 New York Film Festival – Finalist etc.).

Jenkinson is an award-winning journalist, publisher and content industry executive.

Having held senior editorial positions at Haymarket, International Thomson, EMAP and Cahners’ Moving Pictures International, he created and co-founded C21Media in 1997, one of the world’s first digital media businesses.

He is also CEO of Studio21, a development producer with a mission to discover, and connect new voices with the global television business.

Jenkinson also leads C21Media Enterprises, the C21-backed investment company that supports high-growth potential businesses within the content sector. Investments include Blonde Mamba, ContentAcademy.TV, Rose d’Or and WritersRoom.net.

He was previously editor-in-chief of Moving Pictures International, running daily, weekly and monthly publications within the film business and led EMAP’s TV World to win the prestigious PPA International Business Magazine of the Year award in 1993.

Franks writes daily news, features and perspective pieces for C21Media, the UK-based provider of breaking news and industry analysis to the international entertainment community. Prior to becoming editor of Channel21 International in 2021 he was editor of C21 Kids magazine since 2016 and is also part of the team that organises C21Media’s award-winning conference Content London. He joined C21Media in 2012 following stints writing for the BBC online and music magazine Clash.

Pickard is the editor of Drama Quarterly, C21Media’s magazine and website dedicated to the creative side of international television drama. A journalist with a background in local and national news reporting and editing, he is a former senior reporter for C21Media who covered the drama industry from events around the world. He was appointed editor of DQ in June 2015, building the title’s focus on all aspects of the craft involved in making television drama, and in 2021 oversaw the launch of the DQ100, an annual showcase of upcoming series and the writers, directors, actors, trends and trailblazers to watch. He has previously moderated panels at events including Content London, Content LA, Mipcom, MipTV, Series Mania and Berlinale.

Tkachenko is a Kiev based producer and screenwriter. She studied filmmaking in Met film school in London. Showrunner of numerous TV projects and TV series. A current member of Ukrainian TV Academy. Led a production course in Kiev Academy of Media Arts. Last year her first feature film Bad teacher premiered in Ukrainian cinemas and was sold to multiply territories. Currently, works as head of scripted content department at Novy Channel.

Since 2007 Chikalovets was service producer at Radioaktive Film production with 24 commercials produced and two Cannes Lions received. Since 2011 Chikalovets started her job at TV as producer at The Voice Ukraine show with Teletriumf TV Award for the Best International Format Adaptation. Already for 7 years Chikalovets was leading acquisitions, research and development of both fiction and non-fiction projects, being head of acquisitions and co-pro at StarLightMedia Ukraine. Currently, works as creative producer at Novy Channel.
