Constantin hires ProSiebenSat.1’s Böss

German production house Constantin Film has hired ProSiebenSat.1 programming veteran Rüdiger Böss as a producer.

Böss joins Constantin Film from ProSiebenSat.1 Media, where he worked in various roles from 1993 to 2018, most recently as executive VP of group content acquisitions and sales.

During his time at ProSiebenSat.1, Böss brought popular films and series such as Four Weddings & a Funeral, The Big Bang Theory and The Hunger Games to Germany.

In his new role at Constantin Film, which he will begin in November, Böss will produce theatrical and television movies. He will also join the management team at Constantin Pictures as MD.
