David Davoli

Anonymous Content
Davoli is the president of international at Anonymous Content where he oversees their international division, including its various global joint ventures – Anonymous/Federation, AC Nordic, AC Brazil, and Chapter One in the UK – and will continue to build out the visionary media company’s international expansion. He started this role in early September and is a member of the senior leadership team. Formerly, Davoli was the president of television at BRON Studios where he oversaw development, production, coproductions, financing, and sales. He pioneered Bron’s international television strategy, where he identified IP, cultivated key relationships with creators and production companies, managed complex international coproductions, raised over $125M in production financing, built out and provided a full studio service, and sold into territories across the world. Projects produced during his time leading Bron Television include The Idol for HBO; the Irish crime drama, Kin, now in production on its second season for AMC+; Ten Percent, the English-language remake of Call My Agent!, for Amazon Prime UK and SundanceNow; That Dirty Black Bag, for AMC+; and The Defeated, for Netflix. Prior to Bron, Davoli was in private practice for 13 years as an entertainment attorney, licensed in both New York and California.
Solange Attwood

Blue Ant Media
Attwood is EVP of Blue Ant Media’s global distribution group, Blue Ant International, headquartered in Toronto, with hubs in New York, London and Miami. Drawing on her expertise as a leader in the world of international content financing, Attwood oversees the strategic direction and operation of the business, while also spearheading and managing coproductions, pre-sales and worldwide sales activities. Since launching the division in 2014, Attwood has built Blue Ant International from the ground up into a leading global distributor of high-quality content that engages audiences worldwide, across multiple platforms. The company continues to adapt to global market trends by expanding its support to producers with a wide range of financing models that include commissioning, coproductions, pre-sales and gap financing. Attwood is on the board of directors of The Academy of Canadian Cinema and Television and serves on the board of the Canadian Association of Content Exporters. She was formerly VP at Si Entertainment where she headed up development and launch of the company’s global distribution arm. Prior to that, she held numerous producing and directing roles and subsequently joined the international sales and acquisitions team at Tricon Films & Television.
Lionel Uzan

Former acquisitions, productions and intl. distribution director at SND (M6 Group), the production and distribution label of French network M6, Uzan has joined Federation Studios (previously Federation Entertainment) in 2014 as cofounder and managing director, a central position overseeing the studio’s full production and distribution activities for France, Europe and the US. Only nine years after its creation, Federation works with the best worldwide talents and partners in the industry to create a strong distribution portfolio as well as an array of premium international productions. Based in Paris, Los Angeles, Rome, Madrid, London, Berlin, Cologne and Tel Aviv, Federation boasts more than 250 fulltime employees, and is active in the drama, documentary, kids & family and light entertainment space.
Mark Garner
EVP, content licensing & business development
A+E Networks
Garner is EVP, content licensing and business development at A+E Networks. Garner’s focus is on the monetisation of A+E Networks’ vast offering of owned and original content through partnerships with traditional and emerging content distribution platforms. He is also charged with optimising A+E Networks’ creative IP through new business initiatives, inclusive of coproductions, FAST channel development, podcasting and global expansion. Prior to joining A+E Networks, Garner worked as an executive at several start-up ventures, including a satellite broadcast network based in Johannesburg, South Africa where he successfully built the network’s distribution in 22 sub-Saharan countries. Prior to his time in South Africa, he led business development efforts for a direct-to-consumer, online automotive sales venture. Garner has also held positions at Lifetime Entertainment Services, MTV Networks and AT&T in sales, marketing and product management. Garner currently serves on various boards including The Black News Channel (BNC), MIPCOM’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and The Digital Entertainment Group (DEG). He recently served on the board of directors for the industry association CTAM and has served as a Governor on the board of the South Orange Performing Arts Center.
Beth Anderson

BBC Studios Americas
As GM, FAST channels, Anderson leads BBC Studios’ global FAST initiative, developing audience and platform relationships and serving a dynamic selection of channel brands across the Americas, EMEA, and beyond. Anderson manages a growing team of business development, scheduling, and account management staff to develop meaningful paths to content distribution and advertising revenue generation. With over a decade of experience within BBC Studios, Anderson has held a number of leadership roles, most recently as VP, digital strategy & business development, where she was responsible for identifying opportunities for BBC Studios to expand its footprint in the Americas and executing deals to increase the reach of the company’s content and products in the digital space. Anderson also negotiated the company’s first FAST and AVoD deals with Pluto TV, Roku, Samsung, and Amazon’s IMDb TV, and was instrumental in establishing BBC Studios’ global EST business, working with Apple, Amazon, Samsung, Sony, Vudu, and more to launch content, develop insights tools, and develop industry leading marketing campaigns. Anderson previously served as head of business development at Sony New Media Solutions, where she was responsible for developing premium relationships with linear and OTT platforms globally, and building partnerships with platforms to tailor end-to-end supply chain solutions. Anderson holds a First Class degree in Directing from Rose Bruford College in London.
Rodolphe Buet

For several years, Buet has led the French and international distribution teams of major European studios including Studiocanal (Canal+ Group) or Mediawan kids & family. A key figure at Studiocanal, Buet led business activities in fiction and cinema on various major projects: family and animated films (Paddington, Shaun the Sheep), arthouse films (Tinker Soldier Spy), action films (Non-Stop) and series (Baron Noir, Midnight Sun, The Five, Crossing Lines, The returned…) in coordination with TV production subsidiaries based abroad (Red in the United Kingdom, Sam in Denmark, and Tandem in Germany). He has also contributed to the influence and growth of Studiocanal, establishing distribution operations in London and Beijing. CEO of Studiocanal Germany between 2012 and 2015 he managed successful international IP’s such as Hunger Games and launched the German production arm with successes such as Heidi or My Blind Spot. President of international films at Mediawan kids & family from 2018 to 2020, Buet also led the strategic development of various animation projects. In 2020, he was appointed chief distribution officer of TF1’s distribution arm Newen Connect. Since his nomination, he has contributed to the international success of various IP’s (HIP, DNA, Christian, L’Opéra…) along with the development of the company’s slate, building partnerships with Newen Studios’ production companies (Izen, Flare Film, Ringside Studios…) as well as talented third-party producers (Andy Serkis’ The Imaginarium, UGC, Lucky Red, etc.).
Tim Mutimer

Mutimer leads Cineflix Rights, the UK’s largest, truly independent distributor, with a growing catalogue of premium scripted series, movies, and long-running factual brands from some of the world’s most creative producers. As CEO of Cineflix Media’s sales and acquisitions division, overseeing a 40-strong team spanning the UK, Canada, Ireland, Spain and Australia, Mutimer is responsible for developing and executing Cineflix Rights’ strategy to maximize IP opportunities for its television content portfolio with producer partners, broadcasters, streamers, and digital platforms worldwide. With more than 5,500 hours of programming across multiple genres, Cineflix Rights’ slate includes International Emmy Best Drama Award-winning Tehran starring Glenn Close, Last King of The Cross with Lincoln Younes and Tim Roth, Irvine Welsh’s Crime starring International Emmy nominee Dougray Scott, and Reginald the Vampire with Spider-Man’s Jacob Batalon in the lead role; alongside some of the world’s biggest, longest-running factual franchises like Mayday: Air Disaster and Property Brothers. Prior to joining Cineflix Media in 2021, Mutimer held various leadership roles including CEO at Banijay Rights; SVP EMEA, sales and distribution at BBC Worldwide; and director of sales at Granada International (now ITV Studios Global Entertainment).
Jennifer Ebell

Ebell serves as SVP, EMEA sales at Fifth Season (formerly Endeavor Content), responsible for overseeing the EMEA sales team, garnering commissions, pre sales and managing coproductions across the region with a focus on selling directly to the UK. Prior to joining Fifth Season, Ebell held multiple roles at ITV Studios Global Distribution, ascending to SVP of EMEA. Ebell began her career at NBCUniversal’s E! Entertainment Television as a sales representative.
Gary Woolf

All3Media International
Woolf is currently EVP strategic development at All3Media International where he is responsible for researching and implementing new and innovative commercial strategies, while building on the considerable success that All3Media International has achieved in the digital arena. He leads the digital innovation unit – a3mi² – which is focused on the fast growing digital publishing space including AVoD, SVoD and FAST services on a global basis, along with consumer facing social media and EST opportunities, and a growing range of apps based on a3mi programming. The team is responsible for the a3mi partnerships with the latest tranche of major VoD players including the likes of Pluto TV, Tubi TV, The Roku Channel, alongside publishing opportunities with Amazon Prime Video Direct. Woolf’s career spans roles in digital, business development and insight, including spells at BBC Worldwide (now Studios) Zodiak Rights (now part of Banijay), and ITV Global Entertainment. He also had a prior spell at all3media International as SVP digital and business development driving growth in both the SVoD and EST lines of business as they evolved.
Bea Hegedus

Vice Media Group
Hegedus is global head of distribution at Vice Media Group. She is leading the company’s global distribution and licensing strategy with a focus on building new U.S. domestic and international partnerships maximising the value of Vice’s IP around the world. Hegedus joined Vice in 2020 to launch the company’s distribution division and has swiftly quadrupled the group’s content licensing revenues. The new division has forged ground-breaking international partnerships, significantly grown the group’s existing content relationships, most notably its successful channel distribution partnership with SBS-Viceland in Australia, increased video monetisation on digital and launched Vice’s FAST channels on multiple platforms. Before joining Vice, Hegedus held senior content and commercial positions at ITV Studios, Swiss film financier Silver Reel, Pinewood Pictures, Viaplay and Lionsgate. Hegedus started her career in television production and was the recipient of the International Emmy’s Joan Wilson Drama Award. She is an active member of BAFTA, the International Emmys and the Royal Television Society. She also sits on the advisory board of Realscreen West and the 2022 RTS London Convention.
Paul Heaney

Heaney is the founder and CEO of BossaNova, a company that brings together the producers and buyers of unscripted TV in an integrated hub, creating a community that enables all of the stakeholders in the content chain to meet, create and do business. Heaney has a strong track record in helping producers to establish successful factual franchises. Over the last 20 years, as CEO of two previous distribution operations, he has built up a huge network of producer and commissioner/buyer relationships. In August 2021, Night Train Media got on board as partners, providing BossaNova with a content fund to invest in projects from an early stage highlighted by the development days occurring every January. Previously Heaney founded factual distribution company TCB Media Rights, which started trading in 2012. Having grown into one of the UK’s most successful independent distributors, TCB was acquired by the Kew Media Group in October 2017. Prior to launching TCB, Heaney served as president and managing director of Cineflix Rights, which he started in 2002 and also built from a boutique operation into a major distribution force. Heaney’s CV also includes stints at BSkyB, where he served as commercial director, and Southern Star, he worked as head of sales. Prior to entering the television industry, he worked in advertising and media sales for 15 years.
