Lyvers is director of original drama, UK and Ireland at Sky Studios, Sky’s development, production, and commissioning arm. Lyvers oversees a diverse slate of premium Sky Original dramas and has strategic oversight over all drama series. Before Sky Studios, Lyvers was senior vice president and head of international coproductions and development at CBS Studios (Paramount). Developing for global markets, Lyvers oversaw and executive produced Oderbruch for ARD, Munich Games for Sky Studios, Ze Network for RTL+, Bestseller Boy for Avrotros (NPO), The Darkness for Siminn, and Gold Diggers for The ABC. Before moving to international, Lyvers was senior vice president of Cable/Digital in the US, developing Unbelievable, Your Honor, American Vandal, Bull and Crazy Ex-Girlfriend. Lyvers was also a producer at Management 360, building the company’s slate, including The Terror (AMC). Lyvers served as vice president, development and production at Robert De Niro and Jane Rosenthal’s Tribeca Productions. She shepherded Tribeca’s film and television slate, including About a Boy, Meet the Fockers, The Good Shepherd, Little Fockers, Being Flynn and NYC 22. Lyvers was part of the founding team that created the Tribeca Film Festival and Institute.
Nils Hartmann

Sky Studios Deutschland & Italia
As senior vice president Sky Studios Deutschland & Italia, Hartmann leads the development, commissioning and production of Sky Original dramas and scripted comedies for Sky Deutschland as well as overseeing the production of Sky Originals features for Sky Italia.
In his previous capacity as director of original productions at Sky Italia, Hartmann produced a range of ground-breaking shows and series, from The Young Pope and Romanzo Criminale to Gomorrah and Devils franchises, that won critical acclaim, awards, and fans around the world. A German native, Hartmann grew up in Milan, Italy and has been with Sky Italia since its inception in 2003, contributing to its success, most notably by identifying, nurturing and developing ideas, as well as talent.
Cailah Scobie

Scobie has worked with Nine & Stan for over 14 years. With an extensive legal background, Scobie started her broadcast media career as corporate counsel at Nine Network Australia, where she supported the business with a focus on content acquisitions and production of unscripted and scripted content. She joined Stan in 2014, prior to its launch, working in various roles including, general counsel, head of content acquisition and commercial director – content; before moving into her current role as chief content officer.
Scobie oversees the acquisition, commissioning and programming of Stan’s entire drama, comedy, film, entertainment, factual and kids programming slate. Before her career in broadcast media, Scobie worked as a lawyer in intellectual property, media and telecommunications. She holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws (Hons) Degree from the University of Newcastle.
Matt Graham

AMC Networks’ Acorn TV and Sundance Now
Graham is the general manager of AMC Networks’ Acorn TV and Sundance Now. Joining Acorn TV in 2014, Graham oversaw Acorn TV’s rise to North America’s largest streaming service specialising in premium British and international television, then guided the global expansion, growing the service’s audience exponentially. Acorn TV is decorated with two Emmy Awards, a #1 Consumer Reports ranking across top streamers, Best SVOD Service from Cynopsis and PC Magazine Readers’ Choice Award for Best On-Demand Video Streaming Service. The network produces standout hits including Harry Wild, starring Jane Seymour, Dalgliesh, starring Bertie Carvel and Whitstable Pearl, starring Kerry Godliman. Prior to Acorn TV, Graham founded and led PBS Digital Studios, winning 5 Webby awards and a Mashie. PBS Digital Studios has gone on to build an audience of more than 25 million subscribers and 2 billion views. Graham began his career in advertising as a commercial editor, working for Fortune 500 clients.
Henrik Pabst

Pabst is chief content officer and managing director of Germany’s Seven.One Entertainment Group. In this role, he is responsible for ProSiebenSat.1 Group’s range of premium entertainment content for viewers and consumers on all platforms. He also oversees the company’s production business as well as program acquisitions. Pabst has held various positions at ProSiebenSat.1 Group since 2011. At Red Arrow Studios in Munich, he managed sales and was responsible for the global scripted strategy, among other things. After several functions, he took over responsibility for Red Arrow Studios international as managing director in November 2014. January 2019, he moved to ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as chief commercial officer entertainment and to the management of ProSiebenSat.1 TV Deutschland, which was renamed into Seven.One Entertainment Group in 2020.
Diederick Santer

Santer began his TV career in 1996 script editing ITV dramas. He joined BBC in 2000, where he developed and produced a number of series including Cutting It and the Emmy-nominated Jane Eyre. In 2006 he became executive producer of EastEnders and over the next four years (and 700 plus episodes) delivered a consistent period of ratings and awards success. He stepped down in 2010 following the show’s 25th anniversary live episode. Santer then set up his own production company, Lovely Day, a label within Kudos, which went on to produce the hugely popular crime series Grantchester (still in production seven years later). In 2015 Santer became chief executive of Kudos. Under his leadership, Kudos thrived with a string of hits including the International Emmy Awards-winning Man in an Orange Shirt, Channel 4 and AMC returner Humans, International Emmy-nominated Apple Tree Yard, Gunpowder for BBC One, BBC Two’s The Boy With The Topknot, and the Sky Atlantic hit, Tin Star. In 2017 he had the honour of chairing the Edinburgh International Television Festival. He left Kudos in 2019, and went onto work with the commissioning team at BBC Drama, helping to oversee a number of their 2021 titles including Time, The Pursuit of Love and Ridley Road.
Caroline Hollick

Channel 4
Hollick is head of drama at Channel 4, and lives in Leeds. Recent successes include ground-breaking series It’s A Sin by Russell T Davies, and BAFTA-winning drama Help by Jack Thorne. Newer shows include Screw by Rob Williams, which has been recommissioned for a second series, Chivalry by Sarah Solemani and Steve Coogan and The Undeclared War by Peter Kosminsky alongside ongoing series Ackley Bridge and Hollyoaks. Previously, she was creative director at Studio-Canal owned Red Production Company. Before that she was head of development at Red and she began her career as a production trainee at Yorkshire Television.
Manuel Alduy
Head of cinema and international development

During his media career spanning almost 25 years, Alduy has helped broadcasters to acquire, market and promote the best scripted content to their audience. Alduy took on different roles within the Canal+ Group ranging from management control to head of cinema and foreign series acquisitions (2008-2014) to head of Canal+’s OTT division (2014-2016) in charge of SVOD and web content. In 2019, Alduy joined The Walt Disney Company via the acquisition of Twentieth Century Fox where he was locally responsible for the sale of Fox & FX content to broadcasters and SVOD services in France, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Africa and Switzerland as well as locally managing scripted format sales since 2016. At Disney, Alduy became SVP content sales for Europe, Russia and Africa. In 2021, Alduy was appointed head of cinema and international development at France Télévisions, and is currently in charge of cinema strategy and acquisitions, young adult and international series coproductions and acquisitions. He was elected to the EBU TV Committee in April 2021.
Henriette Marienlund

DR Drama
Marienlund is head of fiction at DR Drama and head of development at DR Kultur, børn og unge (culture, children and youth). She is responsible for productions at DR Drama, as well as DR’s sourced Danish drama for adults and youths. Marienlund is former media director at DR and former channel manager for DR1. She holds a degree in journalism and has had a long career in management for DR, TV2 and in the private production sector.
Karni Ziv
Head of drama and comedy
Keshet Broadcasting
As head of drama and comedy, Ziv is responsible for the development and management of the creative processes of all scripted projects destined for Keshet 12, Israel’s most-watched commercial TV channel. In addition, Ziv also supervises the production aspects related to content and creativity for all international drama projects of Keshet’s coproductions with foreign content producers. Since joining Keshet in 2013, Ziv has focused on developing content with great international potential: including the romantic comedy The Baker and the Beauty, which Amazon acquired the global rights to; the double Canneseries-winning False Flag which has recently been adapted by Keshet Productions for Apple TV+ as Suspicion; the psychological thriller Sleeping Bears, which premiered internationally at Berlinale 2018; the action-packed drama When Heroes Fly, winner of the Best Series award at Canneseries; HBO’s limited drama series Our Boys, winner of 14 Israel Academy Awards and Peabody Nominee; and most recently, Line in the Sand, the highest rating drama in Israel since 2015. Ziv began her career in 1992 as a scriptwriter for kids’ content for the Israeli cable company ICP, and in 2000 became the CEO of the country’s largest kids’ channel. She was later appointed deputy CEO of Noga Communications Media Group and became the head of the content division at Israel’s major cable company, HOT. In 2010 she was appointed deputy executive director for content for Channel 10.
Philippa Collie Cousins

Collie-Cousins is UKTV’s dedicated drama commissioner. Since joining in 2018, she has commissioned seven high-performing original series, including two series of the hit forensic programme Traces and two series of detective thriller We Hunt Together, as well as the dark and original Ragdoll – a serial killer thriller based on the bestselling novel by Daniel Cole, cocommissioned with AMC, produced by Sid Gentle Films Ltd. Next up, she has commissioned UKTV’s first European based drama series, The Diplomat, written by Ben Richards and executive produced by World Productions. Collie-Cousins commission of Annika S1, a cocommission with US network Masterpiece, has become Alibi’s highest rating show ever with the launch episode consolidating to over 1.3 million viewers – the top programme on the UKTV network. Annika S2 is currently shooting in Glasgow. Prior to joining UKTV, Collie-Cousins was the head of drama development at Hartswood West, head of drama development at Fresh One and head of production for BBC series and serials in BBC indie drama commissioning.
Jon Petrie

Petrie is director of BBC comedy, leading the UK’s largest generator of original scripted comedy. BBC comedy is responsible for hits including Alma’s Not Normal, The Outlaws, Starstruck, Inside No.9, This Country, Ghosts, Man like Mobeen, Motherland, Fleabag and In My Skin. Petrie started his career at Talkback Productions, before moving to Roughcut Television in 2008, making internet shorts for BBC comedy. Early credits included Misery Bear, Cardinal Burns and Doc Brown. He went on to nurture a portfolio of new wave talent for television, including Anna And Katy (C4), Stath Lets Flats (C4) and all five series of the Bafta and RTS winning People Just Do Nothing, executive producing from series 4. In 2018 he oversaw People Just Do Nothing USA (Amazon) and in 2019 worked with BBC Films on the feature film People Just Do Nothing: Big In Japan. In 2019 he was appointed comedy commissioning editor, Channel 4 overseeing The Windsors, Friday Night Dinner and Dead Pixels. Before joining the BBC, Jon was head of comedy at Netflix-invested indie, Broke and Bones, owned by Charlie Brooker and Annabel Jones.
Bill Malone

Malone is director of content, Virgin Media Television and has held some of the most high-profile positions in Irish broadcasting over the past decade across Virgin Media Television, TV3 and RTE. Malone oversees the content strategy across Virgin Media Television’s free to air, pay TV and on demand platforms. He has been responsible for a growing slate of high-end coproductions, from dramas Blood, Holding and The Deceived; docs like Finding Jack Charlton and unscripted formats such as Eating With The Enemy and Generation Dating.
Karl Warner

Channel 4
Warner is head of youth & digital at Channel 4, where he leads the creative vision and commissioning of young skewing content across E4, E4 Extra, the Box 5 Music channels and digital commissioning for C4’s social channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook). Recent hits have included Married At First Sight UK, E4’s biggest unscripted show ever, and digital-first bangers, Secret Sauce, Celebrity Rebrand and the award winning, Boy Who Climbed The Shard. Prior to joining Channel 4 Warner was the managing director of Electric Ray, a joint-venture with Sony Pictures Television, producing shows such as The Class of 92, Million Pound Menu, and Bromans. Before launching Electric Ray, Warner was a commissioning editor at the BBC, where he commissioned a range of shows including, The Undercover Princes, Russell Howard’s Good News and Junior Doctors for BBC Three, and John Bishop’s Britain, Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow and Live at the Apollo for BBC One. Before joining the BBC, Warner was head of development at Monkey Kingdom and a senior producer on Big Brother and Soccer Aid.
