Compact, Pilot renew partnership

MIPTV: Secondary rights management company Compact Media Group has renewed its representation agreement with London-based Pilot Productions.

The deal, financial details of which were not revealed, extends a previous agreement between the two and includes Pilot’s existing catalogue and upcoming productions, the companies announced today at MipTV.

“This long-term deal provides revenue assurance for the secondary television rights for our extensive catalogue and, in particular, our upcoming Middle Eastern food and travel series World Cafe Middle East and architecture and travel series Metropolis,” said Pilot’s founder Ian Cross.
