The series is produced by Gary Sanchez Productions, with Scovel, King, and Scott Moran serving as executive producers. Will Ferrell, Adam McKay, Betsy Koch and Owen Burke will exec produce for Gary Sanchez Productions. It will co-star Beau Bridges, Sasheer Zamata and Mary Holland.

The second show is Awkwafina (10×30’), which stars the eponymous multi-hyphenate actor and rapper Awkwafina (Ocean’s 8, Crazy Rich Asians) as a 20-something in Queens, New York striving for the high life while living with her father and grandmother.

The series was announced by Sarah Babineau and Jonas Larsen, executive VPs and co-heads of talent and development for Comedy Central. Awkwafina, Karey Dornetto (SMILF, Portlandia) and Teresa Hsiao (Family Guy, American Dad) wrote the pilot, which is directed by Lucia Aniello (Broad City, Rough Night).
