Viacom International Media Networks has picked up two seasons of a US hidden-camera show for Comedy Central Africa, which airs in more than 50 sub-Saharan territories.

The agreement with Israeli distributor Keshet International is for the first two seasons of Deal With It (28×30’), which airs on US cablenet TBS.

The show sends contestants into everyday situations and then has them follow ridiculous instructions given by comedians and celebrities via a hidden earpiece.

It has previously sold to Comedy Central UK, MediaCorp-owned Channel 5 in Singapore, Multishow in Brazil and CMT in Canada.

The programme is produced by Howie Mandel and features celebrities including the late Joan Rivers in its first two seasons.
