Colors HD brightens up UK

NEWS BRIEF: Viacom18, a joint venture between Viacom in the US and Network18 Group in India, has partnered with telecoms company BT to launch its flagship Hindi general entertainment channel in HD in the UK.

Colors, which airs adaptations of formats such as Big Brother and Dancing With The Stars, began airing in the UK last week, marking the first time Viacom18 has brought HD content to the UK market.
