Cisneros sets sail with Boat Rocker

The digital arm of Cisneros Media Distribution (CMD) in the US has agreed a coproduction and worldwide distribution deal with Boat Rocker Rights in Canada.

The deal between CMD’s Mobius.Lab Productions and Boat Rocker Rights, the distribution arm of Orphan Black producer Boat Rocker Media, will see the two companies develop and coproduce 10 programmes together.

Each show will consist of 13 episodes and will be available in English and Spanish, covering themes such as the paranormal, crime, history, nature, science and technology.

Boat Rocker will be the exclusive distributor of the 10 shows for all English-speaking markets around the world, while CMD will maintain the Latin American Spanish-language distribution rights to the new productions.

Mobius.Lab Productions has created and produced programmes such as The Rise of Terrorism and Super Genius via an existing agreement with Getty Images Latam.
