CEO Stoef to leave Studio 100

Ulli Stoef, CEO of Belgian children’s firm Studio 100 Media and its subsidiary m4e, is to step down from his role.

Ulli Stoef

Stoef became CEO of Studio 100 Media in addition to his position as CEO of m4e in February 2017, when the Belgian company acquired a majority stake in m4e, which he had founded.

He will step down by the end of June after helping to bring the Studio 100 Media and m4e businesses together.

Hans Bourlon, co-founder at Studio 100 Group, said: “Ulli Stoef played a decisive role in integrating the m4e and Studio 100 Media businesses.

“I would like to sincerely thank him for his efforts and for his contributions to the further international growth of the Studio 100 Group. I wish him every success in his next challenge.”

Stoef added: “It was a pleasure working with Hans and the whole Studio 100 team over the past years to successfully integrate m4e and bring further international growth to the Studio 100 Group.”

Stoef’s next move is not yet known, while Bourlon will continue to act as member of the management board at Studio 100 Media and will assume the former CEO’s remit along with the local management team in the interim. A replacement for Stoef will be announced in due course.

Studio 100 initially took a 68% interest in m4e in 2017 and is now in the process of increasing this to 100%.
