C5’s Pip sets sail with Monster

NEWS BRIEF: Irish distributor Monster Entertainment has secured rights to upcoming UK toon Pip Ahoy!, created and produced by the new incarnation of British animation company Cosgrove Hall Films.

The 52×11′ series, produced by CHF Entertainment, will launch on UK broadcaster Channel 5’s kids’ block later this year. It will feature the voice of Sir David Jason, who previously worked on Cosgrove Hall’s classic Danger Mouse and Count Duckula toons.
