C4 unwraps Extreme Chocolate Makers

Channel 4 in the UK has commissioned 10-part spin-off to its culinary series Extreme Cake Makers, this time focusing on chocolatiers.

Extreme Chocolate Makers will air on the commercially funded public broadcaster later this spring, focusing on an elite group of chocolatiers.

Projects undertaken include a 3D chocolate map of Croatia commissioned by the Croatian Embassy, a chocolate record player and a replica of Big Ben.

Boomerang will once again produce the series, having had success with Extreme Cake Makers, which is due to return soon for a fourth season and has been sold into 60 territories around the world.
