C4 bases daytime chatshow in Leeds

NEWS BRIEF: Channel 4 in the UK has commissioned a daily chatshow from Peter Fincham and Tim Hincks’ prodco Expectation to be broadcast live from the network’s new national headquarters in Leeds.

The Steph Show will be fronted by the BBC’s news and sport presenter Steph McGovern and focus on entertainment, lifestyle and current affairs with a variety of guests. West Yorkshire-based Can Can Productions is a partner on the show, which follows C4’s move to Leeds announced last year.
