Brown Bag, Cyber create magic

MIPJUNIOR: Irish animation studio Brown Bag Films has partnered with France’s Cyber Group Studios to create a CGI comedy for kids aged six to 10.

Gilbert and Allie is a supernatural comedy about a teenage girl looking for popularity when she discovers she has extraordinary powers.

Unfortunately for her, her powers can only be harnessed in partnership with an ancient, grumpy, magical rabbit who wants to retire. To make matters worse, both are allergic to each other.

Created by Bronagh O’Hanlon, the series is in full development in Dublin and Paris. The show has a literary and graphic bible available and scripts are underway.
