BRB, Vme seal Hispanic TV deal

MIPCOM: Spanish producer and distributor BRB Internacional has struck a long-term partnership with US Hispanic children’s channel Vme.

The agreement kicks off with Vme airing a range of BRB’s Spanish-language preschool productions to around 70 million homes across the US.

Titles include Bernard (156×3’), Mica (26×15’), Zoobabu (104×2’) and Kambu (52×7’). The deal also includes family movies such as My Friend Bernard.

The deal covers Vme’s linear schedule and video-on-demand services.

BRB Internacional’s sales chief Emilie Pasquet said Vme was “a channel that really emphasises the quality of its productions for the preschool target audience in a very important market for us in the new digital panorama, both for kids and their parents.”
