Bosch travels across Europe

Titus Welliver in season four of Bosch

Turner Broadcasting and France 3 are among the European broadcasters to have picked up Amazon crime drama Bosch to air on linear channels.

Distributor Red Arrow Studios International has concluded deals for the show, which was recently confirmed for a sixth season ahead of the debut of its forthcoming fifth run, across the continent.

The first three seasons have been acquired by Turner for its TNT Serie channel in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, while SRF in Switzerland has taken seasons one and two.

French pubcaster France 3 has taken seasons two and three after achieving good ratings with the first run.

Produced by Red Arrow Studios-owned Fabrik Entertainment for Amazon Studios, Bosch is the longest-running Amazon Prime original. Season five of the Emmy-nominated series is currently in production and will launch on Amazon this year.

Based on Michael Connelly’s bestselling novels, the one-hour series stars Titus Welliver (Lost) as homicide Detective Harry Bosch.
