Boat Rocker sets sail with Proper

Late Nite Eats is fronted by Jordan Andino

Canada’s Boat Rocker Media will be at Mipcom next week with a slate of content that includes the recently acquired Proper Rights catalogue.

Proper Rights was recently subsumed into Boat Rocker’s global distribution arm, Boat Rocker Rights (BRR), following its acquisition of Proper Television.

This added more than 1,100 hours of content to BRR’s catalogue, while the total amount of new programming the firm is bringing to Cannes is 2,000 half-hours.

The slate includes factual shows Late Nite Eats (13×30′), History in the Making (13×30′), Cursed Bloodlines (13×30′), Science Uncovered (13×30′), Notorious Crimes (13×30′) and Body Hack (12×60′).

Meanwhile, its kids’ and family programming features Hiccup & Sneeze (120×30′), The Great Northern Candy Drop (1×30′), The Strange Chores (26×11’/13×30′), Remy & Boo (52×11’/26×30′) and the sixth season of The Next Step (26×30′).
