World’s Scariest Hauntings takes in 10 locations

MIPCOM: Canadian producer, distributor and channels operator Blue Ant Media has picked up a supernatural factual series from London-based sales house TCB Media Rights.

World’s Scariest Hauntings was originally produced by UK indie Woodcut Media for free-to-air channel Pick, with deficit financing from Paul Heaney’s TCB outfit.

The 10×60’ series will now air on Blue Ant Media’s Canadian English-language specialty channel T+E as part of a deal brokered by TCB sales manager Simona Argenti and Blue Ant Media acquisitions director Andrea Harrick.

The series explores what are touted as 10 of the world’s most haunted locations, exploring their sinister histories and folklore. Locations include The Ancient Ram in Gloucestershire, the Edinburgh Vaults and The Merchant’s House in New York City.
