BBC1 gives Dynamo a spin

BBC1 in the UK is to broadcast selected episodes of a magic series that first aired on UKTV-owned channel Watch.

Three shows from the four-part first season of Dynamo: Magician Impossible, made by Inner Circle Films and Phil McIntyre Entertainment, will air on the public broadcaster from Saturday January 11.

The show debuted on Watch in 2011 and is now in its third season, with a fourth slated for later in 2014.

The BBC and US channel operator Scripps Interactive each hold 50% stakes in UKTV.
