AXN tackles The Elements with Cosentino

The Elements stars magician Cosentino

Sony Pictures Television (SPT)’s AXN network in Asia has ordered an original series featuring Australian magician, illusionist and escapologist Cosentino.

The Elements is a four-part series in which Cosentino will perform street magic, large-scale illusions and death-defying escapes all themed around earth, wind, fire and water.

The show is currently being filmed by the English-language broadcaster in Singapore, with other filming locations to include Taipei, Manila and Kuala Lumpur.

“The Elements supports our vision to create a pipeline of original, locally relevant series that engages our viewers both on screen and via social platforms,” said Virginia Lim, senior VP and head of content, production and marketing at SPT Asia.

The show will premiere in early 2018 exclusively on AXN across Asia.
