AwesomenessTV taps 2btube in Spain

Youth-skewing digital network AwesomenessTV has brought in Spanish-language multi-channel network 2btube to oversee its presence in Spain.

2btube will produce and manage all the content on AwesomenessTV’s YouTube channel in Spain, bringing in talent it represents on its own network of online channels.

Programming set to feature on the channel includes Tasty Test, presented by Catacroquer; Dulce Independencia, which explores the challenges young people face when leaving their parental homes; and Unboxing Battles, featuring Luna Dangelis and Errebeene.

The Madrid-based firm’s executive chairman, Bastian Manintveld, said the deal would allow it to “show our expertise in creating original content that successfully connects with a young demographic.”
