Endemol Shine North America-owned prodco Authentic Entertainment has unveiled its new executive structure, with Michael Bouson named as chief operating officer.

The news comes just weeks after co-CEO Lauren Lexton renewed her contract to become sole CEO of the Endemol Shine North America subsidiary, following the departure of partner Tom Rogan.

Bouson was previously executive in charge of production and senior VP of production and operations.

Meanwhile, Doug Mirabello has been named senior VP of development and Jeff Weaver as senior VP of current programming.

Will Pisnieski has been named Authentic’s new chief technology officer and head of post-production.

In addition, Paul Halperin has been appointed senior VP of finance and risk management, and Patrick Stringer is now VP of broadcast operations.

This comes as Paul O’Malley is named VP of development. Carolyn Yamazaki is now VP of business and legal, Mark LaFleur is the company’s creative director and Nneka Enurah has been appointed to the newly created role of director of digital and communications.

Authentic was acquired by Endemol USA, now Endemol Shine North America, in August 2010 and is currently in production on six series and specials for later this year, including Cakemasters for Good Network and Knife Fight for Esquire.
