Armoza takes advice from drag queens

Queens of Love

Israel-based producer and distributor Armoza Formats has launched a dating show in which singletons receive guidance from three drag queens.

In one-hour format Queens of Love, three drag queens will take one singleton on a night out when they will audition four potential suitors. At the end of the night, the drag queens will decide which suitor is the best fit.

Nehama Cohen, head of development at Armoza Formats, said: “Queens of Love is a refreshing and unique approach to dating, and provides broadcasters with a new way to stand out in this much-loved genre.

“With the introduction of the drag queens and their out-of-the-box thinking, the format provides incredibly entertaining yet authentic dating experiences. The viewers will be hanging on to every word, waiting to hear the queens’ hilarious and shameless outlook on dating.”

Armoza Formats was acquired by the UK’s ITV in July. Queens of Love is the latest addition to a slate of dating formats the company produces and distributes, including Guys in Disguise, Perfect 10, Nobody’s Perfect, Date in Reverse and Approved for Love.
