Armoza alumni makes Endeavor move

Endeavor Content, the US company launched after the merger of WME and IMG, has appointed a former Armoza Formats exec to work across unscripted content sales.

Yael Shaoulian

Yael Shaoulian has been named VP of non-scripted sales and will work with IMG Media’s sales teams around the world.

Shaoulian’s remit also includes identifying acquisition and investment opportunities, and she will attempt to expand the company’s relationships with producers in Europe and the UK.

The exec previously worked at Israel’s Armoza Formats, where she handled European sales, leaving the company two years ago. She also previously worked in acquisitions for UK factual distributor TVF. She will be based in London and will report to Endeavor Content’s head of sales and partnerships, Gary Marenzi.

Non-scripted projects on Endeavor’s slate include Serena Williams documentary series Being Serena and political satire series Michael Moore Live from the Apocalypse.

Endeavor Content was formed last year when the film, scripted TV finance and sales arms of US firms WME and IMG were merged.
