Grinstein will be based in LA and joins from Pulse, where he led the company’s unscripted division. Prior to that he was VP of development for Vice Media’s television network Viceland and he has also had stints with US cabler A&E.

He is joined at Anonymous by Dema Paxton Fofang, who joins from Viceland and becomes director of development.

Anonymous launched its unscripted division in 2015, bringing in former Discovery Channel executive David Pritikin to head it.
