AMC Visionaries visit Lat Am, EMEA

AMC Global has added pop culture documentary series AMC Visionaries to its Latin American and EMEA services.

The AMC Studios production sees major names from different artistic branches present untold stories and histories of different facets of pop culture.

Instalments in the series will include Robert Kirkman’s Secret History of Comics, James Cameron’s Story of Science Fiction, Eli Roth’s History of Horror (working title) and Rap Yearbook.

Cameron, Maria Wilhelm, Ken Druckerman and Banks Tarver will exec produce James Cameron’s Story of Science Fiction, which is produced Left/Right, Asylum Entertainment and Marwar Junction Productions.

The first instalments of the series will premiere later this year, with further episodes scheduled for 2018.
