All3Media shakes up German team

MIPTV: All3Media in Germany is restructuring its management team, appointing new chief business and chief financial officers.

Former Endemol Shine Group (ESG) Germany exec Hendrik Schierloh will become the new chief business officer, while Dirk Koep has joined the management team as CFO.

Schierloh will take up the position on August 1, having most recently held various positions at ESG Germany, including head of legal and business affairs, MD of Florida TV and MD of Meta Productions Gesellschaft für Film- und Fernsehproduktion.

He has worked for All3Media before, from 2008 to 2010, when he was senior manager of business and legal affairs, first at Me, Myself & Eye Entertainment in Berlin and then at All3Media TV-Services in Berlin.

Koep, meanwhile, is joining the management team of All3Media Deutschland as CFO with immediate effect. Previously, he was group finance director and authorised representative for the company with responsibility for finance, controlling, organisation and IT.

From 2008 to 2015, he was in charge of finance, payroll, organisation and IT as MD of All3Media TV-Services. From 2006 to 2007, he was commercial manager of MME Entertainment.

All3Media Deutschland said the changes have been made in order “to better meet the challenges and seize the opportunities of a dynamic market and its customers.”

The company operates labels including Filmpool Entertainment, Filmpool Fiction, Bon Voyage Films, South&browse, Little Dot Studios Deutschland and Tower Productions, a joint venture with BBC Studios.
