A&E conjures magic show

US cablenet A&E has commissioned an original 13-part magic series featuring magician Andrew Mayne.

Don’t Trust Andrew Mayne will premiere on Monday January 13 at 22.00 (ET/PT) on the A+E Networks’ owned channel.

The 13×30’ revenge-themed series will see Mayne help members of the public get even using illusions including explosions and disappearing cars.

Mayne has made a career working behind the scenes with some of the world’s top magicians and will now showcase his own skills with five smaller illusions and one large stunt in each episode.

The series is produced by Joke Productions with Joke Fincioen and Biagio Messina executive producing alongside Andrew Mayne and Mary Jaras. Drew Tappon and Brad Holcman are the executive producers for A&E.
