Acquisitions boss Boulton to exit ITV

NEWS BRIEF: The ITV network has confirmed that head of acquisitions and eight-year company veteran Jeremy Boulton is leaving the UK commercial broadcaster at the end of the year.

His exit is part of an overhaul of the company’s acquisitions department, instigated by director of programmes Nigel Pickard. However, his decision to quit was ahead of the major shake-up announced on Wednesday that has left Pickard’s own job in question.
