9 Story ups Green

Canadian producer and distributor 9 Story Entertainment has promoted its head of production Tanya Green to VP of production.

Green has overseen 23 different productions, including series such as Almost Naked Animals, Daniel Tiger’s Neighbourhood and Wild Kratts, since joining 9 Story in 2009.

The company’s production slate has increased from two shows to ten in five years, while the studio has grown from 60 to 200 staff members.

Green will continue to report to 9 Story president and CEO Vince Commission in the expanded role.
9 Story completed its acquisition of fellow Canuck company CCI Entertainment’s kids and family catalogue last year, increasing its portfolio to over 1,500 half hours of content.
