Zee reveals Starry Nights

India’s Zee Entertainment Enterprises is launching a celebrity chatshow on to the international market.

Starry Nights, hosted by trade analyst Komal Nahta, will premiere on Zee’s international channels this week.

Produced in-house, the 40-episode English-language series has been conceptualised and produced by Fatema Contractor, programming head at Zee International.

“Bollywood’s popularity is growing across continents and, with Starry Nights, it will be the first time that a celeb chatshow of this stature has been produced. Featuring the best of Bollywood, the show aims to reach over 332 million viewers across all international territories,” said Amit Goenka, CEO of international broadcast business at Zee.

Starry Nights will also be dubbed and subtitled into several languages, including German, Spanish and Arabic.
