Yes gives nod to Starz deal

Ash vs Evil Dead has already been given another run on Starz

Israeli media group Yes has expanded a multiyear deal with Starz Worldwide Distribution that will see the satcaster airing an array of US programming.

Under the agreement, Yes will take pay TV and subscription VoD rights to the forthcoming Starz original anthology drama The Girlfriend Experience and horror series Ash vs Evil Dead.

The Girlfriend Experience will premiere on Yes’ VoD service on April 11, at the same time as its broadcast in the US. The show will then air weekly on Yes Drama from May 17.

Meanwhile, Ash vs Evil Dead will premiere May 16 on Yes Action and Yes’ VoD service, with the second season airing near day-and-date with the premiere on Starz in the US.
