WooRooRoo spreads Asian wings

Broadcasters across Asia have picked up multiple children’s shows from Singapore-based producer and distributor Bomanbridge Media, including animated series WooRooRoo.

Educational producer Studio Keystone’s WooRooRoo

Celestial South-East Asia has acquired the Mandarin version of the South Korean series for its Miao Mi channel.

The show comes from Studio Keystone, a subsidiary of the children’s educational organisation Keystone Group, and follows eight animal characters who teach children how to help others.

Indosiar has also taken WooRooRoo, as well as Oddbods and Insectibles, which both hail from Singapore-based animation company One Animation.

Both PCCW Hong Kong and Yoyo Taiwan have also acquired Oddbods.
